• PHP version: 5.6 or higher.
• Compatible with WordPress version 4.5.0 or higher.
• Compatible with WooCommerce version 3.0 or higher.
• Tested up to WordPress version: 6.2

Installing Joinchat

Thank you for choosing our plugin. This document will guide you through the entire installation process on your WordPress site.

— Option 1. Downloading the ZIP file

1. Sign up for Joinchat and get the free version here. Confirm your email and you will receive access to documentation and help tips by subscribing to our newsletter.
2. You can also download the WordPress Joinchat plugin for free in the WordPress community repository from this link.
3. Go to the WordPress dashboard and click Plugins> Add New. Choose the zip file you just downloaded. Click Install and then click Activate.

— Option 2. From the WordPress control panel

1. You can install Joinchat WP Plugin, directly from the WordPress control panel.
2. From the left side menu go to Plugins> Add New. In the search field on the right, type “joinchat”. Search for our plugin in the results and click Install, then Activate.
